My Little Sous Chef In Training

Kellan and I were prepping for our dinner party together. At first, I was thinking about serving Kellan for the main course and having him jump out of the pot to surprise everyone.....
Kellan didn't love that idea so he tried to escape and inspire plan B
Ok little bug, onto plan B - burrata, live lobsters, smashed roast garlic chive potatoes & carmelized pancetta brussel sprouts! Time to start prepping...good thing my little sous has a custom made apron from Auntie Lindsay to protect him from getting filthy in the kitchen!
Every good chef knows to taste their food before sending it out! Looks like he's all over that trick already!
