Best Work Event Of The Year

Last night was Dan's work event, the B of A conference, which I look forward to all year long. It showcases the heavy hitters in the culinary and viticulture world which of course makes it my happy place! What is better in life than amazing food and wine, i ask?! Maybe sharing it with loved ones?!

The famous dashing french chef Huber Keller from Fleur De Lys and Top Chef Masters. He served "Pure Maine Lobster Essence Topped with Caviar Cream" = HEAVENLY creamy salty rich goodness!!
The famous Gary Danko whose restuarant we regard as "the best" fine dining in the city! He served "Roast Loin of Bison with Porcini Mushrooms, Cipollini Onions and Herb Knepfli" which was hearty yet light, perfectly seasoned, balanced, earthy deliciousness!
