I came home to this....a sweet note, red velvet cupcakes & pink peonies!

Thank goodness my favorite fleurs bloomed in time to enjoy before we head out of town.
Not to be topped by a delicious breakfast of croissants, palmiers, coffee, fresh squeezed OJ, steel cut oats, fresh fruit. Although this day is to recognize and appreciate the "mother" in the family, I'm pretty sure i'm the lucky one!!!!
