Cool Foggy Winter Day

Yes Makenna may be a bit overdressed but the air had a nip and we hadn't had the opportunity to have her wear her AMAZING snowsuit from BB yet!

Christmases Last Request

Was a ride on the bus..so off we went on the 22 down the hill to The Apple Store

Kellan climbed on all by himself like a big boy

And sat in his own seat looking out the window taking it all in

Oh and YES Makenna and I were there too just not documented so there, it was Makenna's first bus ride too! Only problem is the novelty has not worn off yet as he tell me every day now, "back on bus tomorrow!" We'll see how long this keeps up although we did get on again today to ride down to the park and meet daddy for dinner in the marina.

Christmas Dinner With The Dennis's

We spent a perfect low-key fun Christmas evening and dinner with the Dennis's who were nice and brave enough to want to host us while caring for 6 week old in addition to their 2.5 year old!

Kenna got her first Fancy Nancy book!!

Time for Christmas breakfast - frittata, smoked mozz, roasted fennel fingerling potatoes, fresh squeezed juice, bacon, chocolate croissants, more baked french toast and of course coffee!

PRESENT TIME!!!! Kellan was, no suprise, OBSESSSSEDDDD with his alphabet magnet board from BB & Papa...in fact we had a hard time having him even move on and focus enough to open any other presents! Silly guy!

A new coffee maker for the barista of the family - hola! HILARIOUS!

Lots of new books, another fave, from Grammy & PapPap

2 super cool remote control sports cars and his CHOO CHOO TRAIN from Claus!!! An electric one too - endless FUN! Needless to say the lil one was pretty pumped!

And Kenna got this gorgeous timeless classic set of pearls from her most fashionable generous Godmother - you're THE BEST! Any chance I can take you on as my Godmother too? You're the best gift giver!

And Itty Bitty Baby - Makenna's entree into the American Doll world! A slippery slope, i'm sure, but a sweet one too....Makenna LOVES her first baby doll!

Makenna will always LOVE and cherish this special book from Papa - almost made me cry...and i completely agree with the sentiment 'thank goodness for our little girl!" What an amazing first Christmas we had with our little Makenna.

And after the presents and all the grub we headed out on our Christmas afternoon tradition, a hike, which turned out to be a walk to the bridge and back this year, ending with sitting on the pier eating hotdogs!
