Foodie Baby

I LOVE that Kellan is old enough, well at least in my book, to eat for the most part what we eat! Last night we all had roasted veggies and roast chicken and this morning we had rainbow chard, squash, cheesy eggs!! What a good little foodie...I'm quite sure i wasn't eating chard at that age - ha!

Kellan's First Crush

I'm convinced that Kellan's first crush is Tracy Anderson because he loves to crawl over to the tv and turn on her workout video all by himself and then calmly sit and watch with a huge grin on his face. Too funny!

We won't even touch on the fact that he figured out how to turn on the tv in a way i hadn't figured out yet...maybe a little techie on our hands!

Farmer's Market

Sunday morning pilgrimage to the farmer's market at Fort Mason to get the week's produce & specials- yummm!! Rainbow chard, broccolini, carrot ginger sorbet, asian eggplant, the last of the heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, padron peppers, roast chicken, hen of the woods mushrooms & the season's first butternut squash! YEAH!

Milk Shake

Kellan is going through a phase where he's not so into his ba-ba. It's much more fun to shake it and gather milk in the nipple and squeeze & squirt it directly into his face. He makes himself laugh out loud with this new antic. Although it's kind of amusing...i'm hoping it's only a phase for the good of the carpet, the walls and his growing body :)

A Musical Note

I put Kellan down for his morning nap and about 10 minutes later i hear his musical lullabye pillow going off. I look on the video monitor and he had crawled to the corner of the crib, pulled the pillow into his crib and somehow wound it up to put himself to sleep. This kid is too much!

Foggy SF Morning

It is one of the foggiest SF mornings i can remember. In fact the fog is so thick that when Kellan and i went walking along the water this morning with a friend we were astonished at how the entire GG bridge, Marin headlands and skyline of Oakland were washed away, seemingly erased of their existence. Kellan was all bundled up and didn't seem to mind one bit!

We Meet Again...

Kellan and Layla meet again after a long summer apart. As you can see they were all SMILES!

The most hilarious part was watching them trade pulling the other's hair and each taking a turn in tears! They were very lovey and kissy too which was super sweet!
